Dear Valued Customers,
It was with a real sense of passion and excitement for the future, that on April 1st, I became the President of DataBank. I am writing today to introduce myself to those I have not met, and say hello to those longtime customers with whom I am already familiar.
First order of business, a little about me personally. I have been in the content services industry for all 23 years of my professional career. During that time, I have had the pleasure of designing and implementing creative and lasting solutions for many customers. During that time I’ve also been fortunate enough to successfully co-found a business, recruit great people and grow it to maturity. As I built this business, I learned the importance of constant communication, thoughtful strategy, and above all, customer care. I live in Cincinnati, OH, with my supportive wife Wendy, and three terrific children, Blake, Abigail, and Elizabeth. My proudest moments are those I experience together with my family.
The last six years spent growing DataBank has been amazing. I have had the pleasure of serving in several leadership roles, each preparing me in a unique way for this moment. Since November 2018, I have been transitioning into this role and have had the opportunity to work closely with our outgoing President, Chuck Bauer. Chuck has been a patient and dedicated mentor and friend, and I cannot thank him enough for his guidance and leadership.
Looking to the future, I can tell you our team is strong. We have hundreds of great folks with skills and experience in digital transformation. We’ll continue to strengthen that team by recruiting experts from the healthcare solutions, government, financial services, manufacturing and oil and gas industries. I encourage you to engage with them and gain more knowledge about DataBank’s capabilities, and the ways in which we can benefit your business, as we have hundreds of others. Our team has been assembled for one reason, and that is you. We are committed to your success and satisfaction, each and every day.
We approach business and our customers in a balanced fashion. We believe that there are four very important attributes that are key to a successful organization; our customers, our people, financial health, and internal process. We believe that maintaining this balance will result in a successful, well-rounded organization that is perfectly positioned to serve its customers.
Expect to hear more from us in the future. We have some new initiatives in process to obtain and address your feedback at various stages during the customer experience lifecycle. We understand it is important that feedback is close to the source, rapid, and recurring.
